These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the betliji platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, betting rules, and responsible gaming obligations. Please read them carefully before using any betliji service.

Age Requirement

One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one betliji account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.
Bonus Wagering Requirements

Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betliji login credentials. betliji will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately to our support team.
Prohibited Conduct

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing betliji in any capacity, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us. These Terms govern that relationship in full.
By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the betliji platform in any capacity — whether as a registered player or as an unregistered visitor — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using betliji.
Completion of the betliji registration form constitutes your explicit acceptance of these Terms. betliji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, betliji will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Previous versions of the Terms are available upon request by contacting betliji customer support.
Governing Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Important: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and betliji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
Account Registration & Eligibility
Only eligible players may hold a betliji account. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain a betliji account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. betliji strictly enforces its minimum age policy and will request age verification documents at any time.
- You are registering voluntarily for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- You are not registering on behalf of another person or as an agent of any third party.
- You do not already hold an active or suspended betliji account. Only one account per person is permitted.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of betliji or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from betliji or had a betliji account closed for breach of these Terms.
Registration Information
During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. betliji reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
You must promptly notify betliji of any changes to your registered details by contacting customer support. betliji accepts no liability for communications sent to outdated contact details on file.
KYC Verification
betliji operates a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Before your first withdrawal is approved, and at any point at betliji's discretion thereafter, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad registered mobile number matching the number on your betliji account).
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. betliji processes KYC submissions within 1–3 business days and will notify you of the outcome via email.
Duplicate Accounts
Operating more than one betliji account at any time is strictly prohibited, regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, betliji reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Genuine real-money deposits in duplicate accounts will be returned to the verified payment method after the investigation concludes.
Deposits & Withdrawals
betliji supports instant local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
Supported Payment Methods
betliji currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. betliji reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any removal of a payment method via email with reasonable notice where practicable.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. betliji does not accept third-party deposits.
- Deposits are credited to your betliji wallet balance in real time in the case of bKash and Nagad, and within a processing window of up to 30 minutes for card deposits.
- betliji does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
- betliji reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is suspected to involve fraudulent activity.
Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your betliji account.
- Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is approved. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until verification is finalised.
- Withdrawal requests submitted before 11:59 PM BST on any given day are typically processed within 1–4 hours for bKash and Nagad. Card withdrawal processing times may vary.
- betliji reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Players will be informed of any delay and its reason where legally permissible.
- betliji does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Currency
All transactions on betliji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). betliji does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion applied by your payment provider at the point of transaction is outside betliji's control and is your sole responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering: betliji is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. betliji reserves the right to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation, without prior notice to the account holder where disclosure would compromise the investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
All betliji bonuses are subject to individual offer terms. The general conditions below apply to all promotions unless an offer's specific terms state otherwise.
General Bonus Conditions
betliji offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:
- Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered and verified betliji account in good standing.
- Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
- betliji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that obligations to players who have already opted into a promotion and begun meeting its requirements are honoured.
- betliji reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting or releasing bonus funds where fraudulent activity is suspected.
Wagering Requirements
Unless a specific promotion states that it carries no wagering requirement, all bonus balances must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated clearly in that offer's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the offer; unused bonus balances expire at the end of the validity period.
During the wagering requirement period, only the bonus balance is at risk for wagers placed from that balance. Your real-money wallet balance remains separately available for withdrawal at any time, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
Bonus Abuse
betliji operates automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Patterns that may constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — low-margin or zero-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, coordinated play between linked accounts to qualify for multiple bonuses, and repeated exploitation of reload or referral offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, betliji reserves the right to void the bonus balance, reclaim any winnings derived from that balance, and close the account.
Free Spins
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game or games specified in that offer. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus balance and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the offer. Free spins not used within the validity period will expire automatically.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on betliji are subject to the following rules. Product-specific rules for sports betting, live casino, and slots are available within each game or market.
Bet Placement and Settlement
All bets are final once confirmed by the betliji system. betliji will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except where betliji determines that a manifest error has occurred. Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In the case of live markets, odds may change rapidly; the odds confirmed at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds at which it will be settled.
Manifest Errors
betliji reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds or under conditions that were the result of a manifest error — including, without limitation, system errors, data feed errors, or obvious pricing mistakes. Where a bet is voided under this provision, the stake is returned to the player's wallet. betliji will not honour obvious errors even if they have been inadvertently confirmed by the system.
Cricket and Sports Betting Rules
Cricket betting markets on betliji follow standard international cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or reduced in overs before the minimum required number of balls have been bowled, betliji's specific market rules will determine settlement. Players are encouraged to review the market rules for each individual cricket bet type — including match winner, top batsman, total sixes, and over/under markets — before placing wagers.
Casino Game Rules
All casino games on betliji — including live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and slot machines — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules of each game are governed by the respective game provider's rules, which are accessible within the game interface. betliji is not responsible for malfunctions arising from the game provider's software; in the event of a game malfunction, the game provider's malfunction rules will apply.
Prohibited Betting Conduct
- Collusion between players to influence the outcome of any game or market.
- Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place wagers.
- Arbitrage betting strategies intended to exploit pricing discrepancies between markets, where such strategies are used in conjunction with promotional offers.
- Any form of match-fixing, cheating, or use of insider information to gain an unfair betting advantage.
- Placing bets on behalf of another person who is excluded from or ineligible to use betliji.
betliji reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts where any prohibited conduct is identified, and to report such conduct to relevant authorities where appropriate.
Account Suspension & Closure
betliji may suspend or close accounts in accordance with these Terms. Players may also voluntarily close their own accounts at any time by contacting support.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your betliji account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, betliji will close the account within 24 hours BST. Any real-money wallet balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided your account is in good standing and KYC verification is complete.
betliji-Initiated Suspension
betliji reserves the right to suspend your account with immediate effect, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
- Receipt of a chargeback instruction from your payment provider.
- Identification of a duplicate account.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
During a suspension, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place wagers. betliji will investigate the circumstances that gave rise to the suspension and will communicate the outcome to you via email within a reasonable timeframe.
betliji-Initiated Closure
Where a suspension investigation concludes that a material breach of these Terms has occurred, betliji may close the account permanently. In cases of confirmed fraud or bonus abuse, any bonus balance and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Genuine real-money deposits will be returned minus any amounts that are the subject of a chargeback claim or that represent proceeds of fraudulent activity.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. betliji will notify you by email before any inactivity fee is applied. A monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining wallet balance if lower) may be deducted from the wallet balance of inactive accounts, commencing 30 days after the inactivity notification is sent. Accounts with a zero wallet balance will be closed after a further 6 months of inactivity.
Responsible Gaming
betliji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to manage their play safely. All tools listed here are available free of charge to every registered player.
betliji operates as an entertainment platform and takes seriously its obligation to protect players from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. During self-exclusion, betliji will close your account, suppress all marketing communications to you, and take reasonable technical steps to prevent re-registration. Any real-money wallet balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
